Bob, quite an elaborate file box for those index cards. Like a pre-Rolodex file box? I know we have index cards for recipes. I guess in the "world" of the TR some SA honcho, as i see a ref to Gruppe Hochland, could have quite easily had such a box made or perhaps one could buy them "off the shelf". I wish I could give you a good guesstimate but all that type box is in all my old Manion catalogs which are packed and not even in this house yet. There were often boxes like that in Manions. I kept those catalogs for just such an eventuality. I of course have all the realized prices as well.
