Hello all, I purchased a blond Haco Berlin SA dagger at last years SOS. I don't have any pics. as it is stuffed away right now but it should not be necessary. The blade is the only real problem on the dagger, it is very clean but has been sharpened. Looking at the blade you cannot really tell this was done because there are no sharpening scratches or marks. The bad thing however is that whoever sharpened the blade, rounded the tip off trying to make a sharp tip. Instead of ending in a point, it ends in a quarter inch cresent. Is there a good way to re-tip the blade that a novice restorer could attempt??? Thanks for any help!
