It's unfortunate but of course its more expensive to buy from a different country. No one wants surface shipping-insurance is next to impossible--(unless you have "Collector's Insurance)--and you should--and the currency transfer is another additional cost. But--thats just the way it is--those of us who buy this way just have to pay for it. I do. After all-you don't have to go and get it.
