I've been discussing this with Nats and we think more than likely it's an Eickhorn too.
However, it's in the Nordmark group, it should be either: Felix, Grah, Knecht, Krumm, Pack & Sohn, Wusthof or Weyersberg Sohne.
Taking into account that it's a ground Rohm, then it should be a Pack & Sohn for this group but the little remainding maker's mark doesn't resemble that mark...
