Collar tabs. 1937 pattern on top and 1941 pattern on bottom. I believe the 1937 pattern was also used for Veterinarian,not sure if there are any differences between them. Also I believe the silver cord on the 1937 tab would be for an Officer rank and the 1941 tab without is Enlisted. Did the BZP use Enlisted and Officer grades or pay group like the Reichsbahnn did?
