Here's another rare art card by the same artist as the Grimminger card that I posted earlier. I hope you enjoy it.

Thanks Jerry, this card is the rarest of the Friedmann series on the Putsch subject matter.

Very cool how the artist included the burning urns with marching party members and Feldherrnhalle in the background.
I never saw this one before.
Thanks for posting it.

Here is a close up of the blood flag pole top..pics of this item are quite rare in full detail, and after 25 years, I am still looking for an extreme closeup pic..

Great stuff.Any idea what building that is?
To think there still may be a few surviving witnesses that remember all this.

Astute observation Doug! Good luck on the hunt. I will keep my eye out for it when working in the photos in the National Archives. There are quite a number from Munich during the November celebrations. Archives is closed yet again today from the snow. Your tax dollars not at work.

Here's an original photo in my collection showing the BF at the 29 RPT. This photo has been reproduced many times but an original is tough to find!

Hello Erich,
Very nice card--I've seen the Grimminger card before but this one I don't remember seeing before.
