In last few days I sorted my Police sources and found a little booklet - "Die Einsatzbesoldung der Polizeireservisten " (Berlin, 1944). I have this booklet for a long time and after my opinion it was useless for police collectors - but:
on pg. 199 I found very very interesting RdErl. v. 11.2 1943 -O-Kdo. II P I (1a) 423/42 -: "Fachfuehrerkorps in der Ordnungspolizei." On several pages there are described professions, ranks, rankinsignia and uniforms of these obscure part of Ordnungspolizei. After this RdERl they wore another collar patches and shoulderboards to distinguish them from "regular" police.
Has anybody some knowledges about this part of police and/or has anybody these insignia in his collections?

Jiri, sounds like you found something rather interesting...are the other collar tabs and shoulder boards used described with much detail? It would certainly be interesting to hear some more about this find of yours!

17. a) Die Fachführer tragen die Uniform der Offiziere der Ordnungspol. mit folgender Abweichung: statt Doppellitzen auf den Kragenspiegeln einfache Litze. Achselstücke mit 2mm breitem dunkelbraunem, kunstdseidenem Gespinst durchwirkt (Grätenmuster). Das Tragen von Sporen durch Fachführer ist unzülassig.
b) Sie erhalten aus Pol.-Beständen ohne Wertberechnung:
1 Feldmütze (Schiffchen) oder Dienstmütze,
1 Waffenrock oder leichten Waffenrock oder Feldbluse ohne Abzeichen,
1 Stiefelhose odr Reithose oder Tuchhose,
1 Mantel ohne Abzeichen,
1 Halsbinde,
1 Paar Schaftstiefel oder Reitstiefel oder Schnürschuhe
