Found some more photos today....thought ya' all might like to see em'. Built this forever ago - long long before Tamiya issued their revised tool. This model has a comltetly scratchbuilt(machined from aluminum) gun and muzzle break along with a couple hundred other little doo-dads and gizmos.

Really nice little details like the rope handle and stencil on the ammo case, the helmets and also the gratings - any more close-ups?

Cody,

you are obviously a very talented and gifted as well as patient guy to make one that realistic. I envy your skills. Very, very nice.

Thanks guys. The boxes are machined from REN with thin mahogany from inside a cigar-box(used to isolate the layers of cigars) laminated onto the REN rectangle, then painted, dry-transfer stencils from Verlinden applied, ropes added and finally weathered. Fun stuff.
