Sorry , I know this is not a uniform ---but I got this great looking promotion document issued in KATTOWITZ, which was General governement at that time ,--and it is killing me to find out who signed it ???? It is dated 9.November 1944 . Does anyone know who was the Polizei leader at that time in Kattowitz ?? By-the-way my Dad was there as Oblt.in the police in 1942/43. Thanks for any info .
