Luftwaffe Armed Forces Commander HonorCup. Presentation gift to the Commander of the Netherlands German Armed Forces, General der Flieger Friedrich Christiansen. In very good condition, showing deep tarnish and some signs of frequent use....$1000.00,,,another fantasy items???

Does it have any hallmarks?
If it was a presentation piece then who was the giver?
Do you have a better photo of the inscription?
What are the dimensions?
