Looks like one of the pieces made by Goring to commemorate the hunting daggers of yore which had runes & ivory grips. Not saying this is one of those pieces but it bears similarities. There are pictures of these pieces in one of Johnson's original book series. Maybe a private purchase piece, the filigree is interesting.
A note on the seller, he has been observed (here on GD & elsewhere) selling blades & medals of questionable veracity in recent months. Forewarned is forearmed.
