I have a luft blade that has a slight ripple near the blade tip. It has not been retipped but may have been stuck into something and twisted. Does anyone know if there is method/technology avaialable to fix this.

Heat but it would need to be repolished afterwards but I would think it would be really hard to staighten comletely straight without adding metel and filing down then repolishing. I worked in the metel finish industry for 3 1/2 and 1/2 a year of that was grunt work straighing metel hips, every kind of metel & alloy, And I can tell you with out heat which will remove the tamper from the metel it will most likly end up breaking the tip off. So I would say add metel have it reshaped like the tip was broke, or heat and try and straghten good. Either way heat will be involved. IMHO
