Has anyone tried using Pre-Lim surface cleaner for removing light oxidation on a dagger blade. It's made by the Renaissance Wax folks. They claim it will remove tarnish from gilding without removing the gilding. I was wondering if anyone else has had experience it before I try it. http://www.conservationresources.com/Main/section_31/section31_14.htmWilliam

I think you're right Vern, it doesn't seem effective at all.
