Hi i bought what was advertised as a reworked bayonet the cost was okay I just wanted to see what anyone thought. The blade is nice stamped Carl Eikhorn 38 on spine, the scabbard is cof 43 and the rework stampings on hilt and frog tongue are 6688. The only thing i wonder about is there is no throat screw on scabbard instead it has a bright what i can only think is a rivet. I cant post pics at the moment but i just wondered if anyone had any thoughts or if theyd came across anything the same. TIA andysod

pictures were almost the best...but the dircrition is very good.

you own a jugoslawian rework ex german SG84/98 3. modell ut of the post WW2 time. the bajonets were reworked...new blued...fixed together with a scabbard...and stamped with a 4 digital numer on crossguard and frogstud. the scabbard get a aluminium rivet insted the screw.
