I remember this one well.
(CENTAG) Central Army Group. Yes, NATO.
The(CINC)USAREUR was also the Commander of CENTAG, dual hatted. Since 2002 these regional commanders are no longer referred to as "CINC", they are called Combatant Commanders. The title CINC "Commander-in Chief" is reserved for the POTUS only.
