That is interesting! I've not yet found a leather tab with Gend. and I want it really bad!!! Very nice buckles, thanks for posting!

Now a "late war " type again , but this one has a darker finish than the other 2 of this type that I have , and I feel this might as well have been for the firepolice .This one has a leather tab , but no markings on it .

..and this time there is no hmk. , but there are the letters "D.R.G.M." : which I think stands for " Deutsches Reichs Guilde Mitglied", meaning the manufacturer of this buckle was a member of the German Reich's Trade/Kraft's Union .
