So, does anyone collect Italian uniforms? How about Germanized Italian uniforms like the tropical clothing or Italian camo or Italian cloth or equipments used by the Germans or Italians?
How about Italian stuff like this Walther PP holster?

Paul & Macki,
Thanks for the response. I am sort of like you guys. I pick up Italian stuff that is police related or peaks my interst. For instance, the green Italian made holster above came with a late German Polizei marked Walther PP, along with the bring back papers. You know, Italian uniforms are actually fairly hard to obtain but not too costly. A good combination for those of us interested in Italian stuff.
Here is one of my tunics. This is a rather nice Carabinieri Reali Master Sergeant rank tunic. Italian uniforms seem to have their own manufacturing quirks and materials.

The tunic has very nice silver wire Master Sergeant strips. They are nicely hand sewn (as seems proper) and have good detail and toning.

The hand sewn collar tabs also show nice age and toning to the bullion. The plain aluminum NCO stars are the screw on type that go completely through the collar.

The tunic has plain nickeled buttons throughout. The interior pocket button is wood instead of plastic. The interior lining is grey HBT with the hand sewn chest quilting shown in the photo. Unfortunately the issue stamps are unreadable but they are there along with the red "2" size stamp.
I would love to see any Italian tunics that you guys (or anyone else) might have.

Macki,
A really nice Artillery tunic. Does your tunic have collar tabs or stars on the collar? Italian ribbons elude me too. Do you know what yours are or a source for identifying Italian ribbons?
