I finally did find the badge that I've been looking for, a Luft Pilot badge by GWL.  GWL Luft badges are well known for there amazing frosting and this one is no exception.  Hard to imagine that this badge has survived for more than 60 years in such a nice, untouched condition. In any case, a very difficult badge to find.

GWL is for my taste the best of the best, also the case is the right one for this badge you have. Another GWL example.
