I suggest you all look at mine on page 130 of my first NPEA Dagger book for a mint conditioned one. SS Motto, Stag Grip Plates, Frog Type Scabbard with Retaining Loop and HJ Painted Diamond on the pommel. Just another one of the Carl Wusthof variations on this style knife. Ron Weinand

Stunning early hj knifes you guys have shown here , i just bought a ww1 fighting knife by Carl Eickhorn which is similar in design to these knifes. Regards Scott.

This is great news! Places this design well ahead of the SA Dagger as the first TR edged weapon. I had always thought that the HJ style knife was the first of the TR pieces IMO. Ron Weinand

Interesting because the pommel is etched like an HJ honor bayonet but slotted like a standard bayonet. I emailed when this piece was initially listed & got the same response about additional pics which made me wonder.
