I know that a lot of you wont even consider a non maker marked 2nd Luft but I have seen one that is in totally stone mint condition. Its a late war type with a white handle with the springy wire on it. Not a blem on it and the condition is so nice that it looks like it was kept in a time capsule. 100% genuine. I also like the maker marked examples but this one is growing on me. Thoughts and opinions always appreciated.

I don`t actually have any unmarked daggers but that is just ircumstantial. I recently saw an unmarked heer dagger & really wanted it for how it looked. It was gorgeous & unfortunately I missed it by about an hour. Looks are very important too, & how something appeals to you. If you like it then go ahead, I am sure you will enjoy it & remember that the unmarked daggers are just as valid for the period as any other. the bonus is that the unmarked ones are really a better deal at less money. I have seen the one you are looking at. It's a bit expensive, but the condition is amazing. Yes, not having a maker's mark is a negative, but the condition is something you just don't see anymore. If you want to buy it to make futher money, then no. But if you wish to own an example that can't be topped, then yes.
