We just had this walk into the shop. Funny the guy called selling a Footlocker, good thing we didn't blow him off...
probably was painted in Japan or China.

Here's where he was. I think it is more than likely just post war, as there are no combat islands mentioned. But then again he was in supply, so maybe he just didn't get there.

I would bet that the bag was bought locally in Japan or China. Or maybe decorated locally.
I'll also bet that the same lady was also Miss Dayton, or Miss San Diego, or where ever you came from.
