Hi Jan,

That appears to be a mint condition etched blade.Looks very good but im not the expert, should ask Wayne Techet as hes one of the gurus in this field.

Wow, when I grow up I want one of those. Smile

What can I say, I think the oak leaf pattern is one of the best looking etches. You have a very nice bayonet.

Thanks guys. I am new to bayonet collecting and was not sure about an etched since there are so many fakes around. This one cost me USD 400 Smile

That is an extremely good price considering it's double etched and it's condition... nice one!
