Let's relate this to value now. As we had previously discussed school marked/unit marked pieces affecting value. I'm sure there are make specific collectors out there. What would this super rare Luft sword maker fetch and what would it do the value?

Difficult to say, maker marks don't determine value on luft swords in the way they do on ss/sa daggers etc, but having said that I'd certainly pay that bit more for an item like the one Mark posted, and flight school markings/names certainly add extra. I think dutchknive is about right, I'm sure dealers may choose to argue differently.

Yep Joathan. I owned an early TIGER, that was the normal kind, but i have a late war one, having the copper medals.
