I just picked these wings up today from the Veteran. I am hoping he comes back in with more stuff & a few stories. Does any one know what the anchor/ bar devices on the side signify? or what the bottom wing is? Thanks!

Nice CPT wing! I was trying to win one of these off of Eban for a while. Never did get one.
Any chance of seeing the backs of both sets of wings?
I have no idea on the Bar pins. Never saw anything like them.
