What kinde of dagger is the SS-Sturmmann wearing? Could this be some kinde of HJ-dagger?

The knife pictured is the only one like the one in the photo, so I can't think of no other knife with a hilt shaped like the Dutch Youth Knife. Also, the man would have been from that area and is the right age to have been in the Dutch youth. Ron Weinand Weinand Militaria

I agree with ron.The only knife shaped and colored like the one in the photo is a Dutch Youth Knife.
