Just received today, this beautiful jacket (no moth holes) with all awards (EKI and Sub), plus shooting lanyard. Inside is embroidered N1374S, which I believe is the first and last initial, plus service number of owner. Can you tell me what rank the gold strip on the sleeve represents? Neither of the medals is maker marked.

Looking for EKI spanges, first model intermediate and second model L/12.

Nice jacket, I would have thought for this rank there would be gold coloured anchor on the sleeve at the least, and even a red qualification badge.
