HELLO I HAD A 1870 IRON CROSS 2ND CLASS(IN SIZE) COME IN WITH GOOD WWII GERMAN BRINGBACK BOOTY, BUT THE TOP RING IS LIKE A GRAND CROSS. ANYONE KNOW WHY? IS THIS FOR THE 25 JUBILLE ATTACHMENT. THE RING ITSELF IS 2 PEICE ALSO BEING PART OF THE FRAMEWORK OF THE SILVER BORDER. UNMARKED. WELL I HOPE THE PHOTOS WORK. RON LEVERENZ

Again if anyone had Gordon Williamson's Email I would appreciate it. the one on this site appears to be incorrect. I thought his insight also be welcome on this cross.
