Original pin. Unfortunately almost impossible to find the original owner.The pins are NOT numbered with the owners SS number but a probable manufacturing sequence number.NOT all numbers were recorded on the owners personal documents. Some were some not. Sorry.But a real one. Seiler (Yank in UK)

Hi Victor
It is an original pin and normally pretty impossible to find the owner.
The number on the back is merely the issue number and not an SS number, which would make it straightforward.
I have a database of attributable numbers and whilst the odds are against me identifying it, I have attributed 4 in the past, so it is not impossible.
I will let you know if I have the number, but don't get your hopes up
