Not in my book, It's been re-tipped as well as missing the skinner, it's an old Gebruder Weyersberg piece, overall condition looks nice though.

This piece has been on a site for a couple of years. It may have been re-tipped but-maybe not -it still looks to be long enough and some of these old ones have the groove running full length. The bad thing is --no skinner. the skinner for these is special and can not be found.
