I am sure you have found these cap eagles before that seem to be the last step before the Officer's garde visor cap eagle , -like the " Meister " rank . This eagle displays a some- what raised area around the swastika --and keeps on going from there until a raised area of the entire body and wings .

Hello,
I think that officer's grade eagles were certainly produced in "one piece" as shown here. I don't think that a special eagle was made for senior NCO's.
