On this dagger once there was a maker mark, but for any reason of it have very accurately removed (I guess, that it for the reason )) But nevertheless who has made this dagger? Whether it is possible to define the maker to any attributes?

Looking at the almost delicate shape of the grip, I'd also say E.P.& S. It's been my experience that many Pack scabbards didn't "hold" the browning process very well.

Thanks. I too have thought about this maker. But me has confused, that in Fisher's feference at this maker it is not specified Sw.

As for the removed maker mark > wouldn't it make sense that it was removed together with something else ? Removing the Rohm dedication to leave only this bottom fragment.. Distance to crossguard would be the key here , and IMO it is correct for having had an inscription . This also supports the Pack manufacture .

Yep, Pack. Even the scabbard fittings indicate E. Pack as the maker.

I've seen several examples where Fisher's reference does not match what is found in the field. This is a good example. Everything I see here screams "Pack". The crossguards, the grip, the eagle, and the scabbard. One thing I really appreciate about John is that if you email him with solid evidence he will revise his reference for the next edition.

Pack. I had one just like this until recently. Identical crossguards, grip, and worn scabbard finish.
Got Lugers?

Not WC , but the middle part of " soliNGen " ? On mine , grinding of the dedication took off the left half of the figure ..
