I side view would be more helpful. I think that it is for the M95 Austrian Mannlicher. These clips and the ammo that went in them was made and marked after the Nazi annexation of Austria. I think that a lot of the captured M95 rifles and carbines were used by the police, but I have no idea...indeed even a good bit of doubt if this eagle stamp has antything to do with the police. I could be wrong.
