Hi, I am new to the forum and would like to post a few things that we can discuss and learn about. I have what I believe to be a Org Todt Officers Uniform. I looked up Org Todt on the forum and found a picture of several Todt men. In the front row wearing what appeared to be a kepi was a guy wearing this type of uniform ck out the shoulder boards and the stripe through the arm band.I have never before seen this arm band or shoulder boards. There is only a manufacturers stamp inside and no tags. What are your oppinions?

Great looking tunic.I've never seen one from Organization Todt before. Can you show more photos with some close ups of the insignia? Looking in "Badges & Insignia of the Third Reich" by Davis the shoulder straps look correct and are the rank of OT-Frontfhrer. What color is the piping?

Piping on the shoulder board seems to be an off white or tan that is the same color as the material of the liner. The piping is the same style of piping that is on other german shoulder boards. Most of the stitching on the uniform is tan as well.

The only manufacturer identification is in the inside of the jacket on the back pannel. I have not seen this before and I am assuming that it could have been French made under occupation?

Thanks for the additional photos. I like the tunic alot. While I know little about this organization I don't think there's anything wrong with it.I don't have any books dealing with this organization only a couple with small bits of info. The white piping is for Equipment,Provisions and Messing Sections. Blue is for Medical. Brown is for Propaganda Lemon-yellow is for Signals. Green is for Adminastrations. Carmine red is for Musical Black is for Construction and Accommadation control(most common). Anyone knowing more on Organization Todt please add any info.
