While John Z.'s is very nice, I prefer the Clemen & Jung with the nickel plated steel fittings on the scabbard (when in top condition), as they contrast the aluminum hilt fittings sooo well on this model. I have found two of these Clemen & Jung Land Customs over the years that are in this condition. It would appear that Clemen & Jung was a major supplier of Custom's officials. JMO, Ron Weinand Sorry, no photos of mine as it is in the bank.

Looks like an exceptional dagger and hangers. Closer pics would allow us to better appreciate your dagger.

Nice dagger! Yes they are slow movers BUT if the price is right they will sell. I remember Tom Johnson had about 10 all w/ hangers in various conditions....all are sold now.
I will be searching for a minty example at the SOS as I do not have one. IMO condition is the key to any item.

Killer dagger! IMO Eickhorn, and Clem made the best quality examples. Alsco, Horster castings are quite crude. (not sure if Horster bought their castings)

here Carlos For sales by WITTMANN http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.wwiid...ms%2Bbadge%26hl%3DnoThis Land Custom Officials shoulder board is a fine green wool color base having bullion strands of material on the upper part mixed with green. It looks very similar to the board of an Army lieutenant, except for the mixture of green in the rope-like strands. There is also a gold pip on one end and a beautifully defined Wehrmacht eagle which is in a gilt surface. This eagle has tremendous definition, and the backgrounds of the feathering are muted with the clutched swastika being bright gold, providing great contrast. This shoulder board is a sewn-in type.

Carlos: There are medals that were given to customs types. Here is a link to a medal for your information (it has already been sold) on Dan Kelley's site: https://www.dkelley.net/NSDAP/Zollgrenschutz/Zollgrenschutz_3520.htmI have seen others on medal web sites. Dan's is a good one, so is e-medals up in Canada. John
