A friend of mine owns this buckle and he wants to know a bit more about it.
It's a ground dug piece
Material is nickel.
So please..knows anybody the maker of this buckle?

Hello Junker, I know it, have a look on my site. it is a early  nickel silver SS EM buckle, unmarket. Maker is still unknow. Best Schorsch
