New Henckels on the way, got luck on this one it was on eBay and got pulled but I rembered he had a German firemans bayonet for sale and I found that listing and emailed him, Can't wait to get it the motto & maker mark looks great to, rare on these knife from what I've seen. I'll post good pictures when I get it. First time I've struck a deal after a auction gets yanked.

This looks fine in every respects to me beside the HJ diamond, Russ do you ever notice any differents in diamond size I showed both of my HJ's to compare the differents, along with other pictures I have tooken do you guys notice any thing wrong. This one has me stumped. The Maker mark looks good the motto vary's from my horster slightly but I am not sure if that is bad or not.?

Here is the Henckels. This diamond is not loose like my Horster, or it don't wiggle do they sometimes not.

Here is the Horster to Compare with. Notice there is more white between the Swastika and the corner of the emblem on this one, compared with the Henckels.

Looks like a good clean HJ to me, I have 6 and all of the diamonds have differences so I would not let that concern you too much. The transitionals are very desirable and I am sure Russ could validate this Henckels TM. I take it you got it for a bargain price, the ones that get removed are always a better option for getting a steal .

Yes I like the Transitional too, They are nicely marked and have the mottos. Thanks for chiming in, to me it feels real and everything else seems right but I just haven't ran into one with a diamond that don't wiggle but it looks like a lot of crud built up around the diamond leading me to think the diamond may be stuck? I had a RZM HJ at one time I hocked it of to Gailen cheap but the diamond wiggled good when I got it but one day I wiggled it alittle to much I guess and it got kind of jammed up I guess because it never wiggled again? Weird..
