Really not identified. Period photos are not clear and are black and white. Also possible Railway Police. A rare knot anyway. Must not have been used for very long.

Houston,Robert, Thanks for the information, if it is an SS-VT knot as Robert says what period was this in use? and is the SS-VT actually the predisessor to the Das Reich division?
