You can get in Thursday if you're a table holder or a MAX Member...memberships are available in advance and/or at the door.

Flight ticket is purchased, and I will be there from wednesday evening till sunday morning.
Andy, be happy the gas is still around 50% cheaper in the US then in Europe.

Jump on those plane tickets! Two weeks ago, Continental whacked me for $460.00 for a round-tripper from Houston to Pittsburgh. Tonight, the exact same flights were available for $278.00!
This would be a good time to check on plane tickets...

This year's MAX SEMINARS should be a highlight: F. Stevens will be back and we are going to have a round table of dagger experts to answer your questions as the last spot on the program, so send me your questions and I will see that they get an answer.
I will post more on the seminar schedule in the next few weeks, but the round table discussion was one that last year attendees had asked for and we have added.

I've never been to one of these soir�es before so pardon the newbie questions. Will the sign up for MAX membership be obviously out in the open or do I need to know the secret handshake? How much will this privilege cost? Also, what kind of lines can I expect (how early should I get there)?

Eric,
There are signs taped to the pillars where you come in, or at least there were last year. See below.
Thursday starts at 10:00 AM and the longest lines will be dealers getting their passes and tables.
