I did some research on this buckle and I don't trust it , I think it's not a good one ! Who can tell for sure ?

Buckle is perfectly original and tag is also perfectly original. SS/36 is how Overhoff was marking most of his SS buckle tags. Tax number 448 496 should more likely be on a 36/42 buckle (buckle made by Overhoff in the year of 1942). Could you please confirm if the buckle is marked 36/42 or 36/43?

I do not see a problem with that one neither. Should also be either 36/42 or 36/43.

I asked you this because on the 'MCF forum' some "buckle specialists" had doubts with this buckle and it's the same one as I wanted so I was a bit worried .I think that they must do their homework better ! If you compare a lot of these buckles then you see that these above ones are good ! Thanks JR
