hi is that part of the top of a maker mark above the asso mark, maybe pack,can we have a better pic of that please.

I think that this is an original Asso SA dagger with a fake Rohm dedication added later.
A big clue comes from the amount of corrosion on the obverse of the blade. It looks like the reverse was buffed clean (without removing the makers mark) and the dedication then added.
I think that the spot above the makers mark is just a deep spot of corrosion which could not be completely buffed out. It is too close to the dedication to be part of an EP&S mark. Also the dedication itself does not have EPack characteristics.
This is how people try to take a $300 rough dagger and turn it into a $3000 rarity.
What a shame.

I agree. The dagger components look okay, but the dedication etch has problems.
