I think it's a good one. In Angolia's book "NSKK-NSFK Uniforms, organisation & History" shows this as the 2nd pattern on page 235.
Here's the one I have along with 2 regular NSKK drivers badges of this pattern. 2 different makers.

great info and pics seems you are right and the patch is legit. Here is an NSKK FOUND ON A DEALERS SITE THAT LOOKS TO HAVE BEEN SEWN ON ONCE
