Last weekend was also very busy for me, The Milwaukee VA had their annual "Reclaiming our Heritage" event at the Historic VA grounds ( Founded in the 1860s)
There were hundred of re-enactors of all eras, camps, skirmishes, etc. we set up a tent to sell some of our US military wares ( no German items were allowed ) It was a really good time. Great weather & a huge crowd. A very nice free family friendly event. Lots of Vets and families too. My friend hung up his display of Vintage US flags in the library.
Always the weekend after Memorial day, if you are near Milwaukee, I would recommend the event.
