Presentation blade is an etched Damascus pattern w/ gold colored/plated inscription as follows: "fur besondere Capferkeit im Luftkamf." followed by Hermann Goerings Signiture, the other side is marked "Oblt. Erich Lange" followed by a droop tail Luftwaffe Eagle clutching a swastika. The blade is approx. 9 3/4 & is marked E.P. & S w/ also in raised gold beneath the guard...what is the knowledgable opinion on this item???
