It might also be for the OT. I think they wore this color as well.

It's been awhile since I had a OT cap, but were they RZM tagged? I didn't think the OT was a party organ..

OT was under the "Reichsminister f�r Bewaffnung und Munition" IMHO "OT" was not "Party" ...
