It looks like a good original piece to me. Possibly something that hung in a pub or other civilian venue. I think it's much too well made to be a copy of any kind. The materials look correct, the quality is there and it certainly has a proper patina to it. Neat!

I also think it is TR period, stitching, materials, workmanship look top notch, fonts are correct. Everything is centered properly, nothing at all to suggest cheap copy/fantasy.
