what is the general price range for WW II cased bronz stars,named-go for these days,,,

I'd say $45-75. They do better if you can research the guy.

Many of the named Bronze Stars are so called 1947 conversions, where soldiers that earned a CIB in WW2 were automatically awarded the Bronze Star.

this didn't always it well with soldiers that earned Bronze Stars themselves, but they were also then allowed to wear the oakleaf for the 2nd award.
