Hi Dave, K u K Hof-Uhrmacher Kaiserlicher und K�niglicher Hof-Uhrmacher trans. Watchmaker of the Imperial and Royal household. "K u K" belonges to the Monarchy of Austria and Hungary 1867-1918. BTW: A very nice case!  Please a picture from clock's face I like this old watches.Lot of history Gerd

I think you will find that the little horseshoe on the face is for the Omega watch manufacturer from Switzerland. Certainly a high end company on a par with Rolex and similar firms. Perhaps Omega USA can provide added info.
