On his one and only trip to his "Buddy" Musso, he was presented with the Italian equivelant of the "Honor Dagger" and is in fact pictured somwhere inspecting an Italian Honor Guard wearing it. There are no period pics of him wearing any German version TMK. Seiler

Geez: And here I was thinking Huhnlein presented him with one! However since he didn't get it until 1946 finding him pictured wearing it will be a challenge. Jim

i believe there is a pic of 'ole Adolf wearing the blood order,,i think the pic is in Vol 1 of Orders,Decorations & Medals of the Third Reich by Littlejohn/Dodkins,,,

Much the same can be said of Hitlers choice of attire, in which he chose not to wear the garb of other paramilitary organizations while they were at war, as he was the leader of all the German people.

That explains it. The photo posted appears to be the same as what I saw in the clip on television, which prompted my original question:
