Looking for some feedback on an SA dagger. It doesn't seem to have marks that match many of the others posted here and I wonder if it might be fake.
In addition, there is a long inscription on one side that I believe translates to this but I have no idea what any of that means.
"In loyal camaraderie dedicated to their Storm Leader. Erkner, the 21.5.34, Storm 8/M 26 The troop and sharp shooters: Baier, Weiss I, Elbel, Klamroth, Weiss II, Winckler, Lüdicke, Seume, Wölk, Sosnowski, Lang, Menger, Förster, Nagel."

https://www.dg.de/ru/maker/Koeller-Hugo-SolingenThe original dagger ...a gift from fellow soldiers signed with their names...You just need to turn the blade over with the motto to the eagle on the handle..

The blade to guard fittings seem good, so I would rather swap over the wooden grip than the blade itself... I am not sure that such an extensive engraving / dedication with a whole list of names was a custom during the period.
You never have enough HJ-knifes!
