From the WAF I have got to know that F.J.Stephens, longtime collector and author, has recently passed away. Due to his early book "Reproduction? Recognition!" I got contact with him and have always studied his valuable contributions in the forums. My thoughts are with his relatives, Rest In Peace Frederick J. Stephens!

Our last email correspondence was back in 2022 concerning an engraved SA sword that he once owned. I am sad at the loss of another dedicated researcher. May he rest in peace and my sympathies to his wife.
